Panic and anxiety are symptoms of the same thing. They are outward signs of our inability to disengage ourselves from the current situation that we are in. 5. Non- striving- This is the element that is most difficult o accept for a lot of people who have not been brought up in a Buddhist tradition. You need to let things go by on their own without lifting a finger.
6. Accpetance- Accepting all that you are for what they are.
7.Non- attachment- You must not learn not to attach any meaning to anything that you might experience, think, or feel.
Learning all of these things will not come by naturally. It would be very difficult to keep these things in mind all the time. Mindfulness can be achieved however if one were to practice meditation and some other similar techniques. It can help one become detached from the things that are going around him.
